Ingredients (SERVES 4)
500mL Jam Shed Shiraz
50mL Almond liqueur (Disaronno)
50mL Brandy or cognac
300mL Orangeade (e.g. Fanta or alternative)
1 Fresh Orange
5 Strawberries
1 Peach
1 Green Apple
Mix the sliced fresh fruit with all ingredients (except the orangeade) and gently press the fruits to release their flavours. Add ice until the jug looks 2/3s full; while adding the orangeade continue to gently mix to incorporate all the ingredients together.
Glassware: 250ml jam jar

JAM SHED
MULLED WINE
Ingredients (SERVES 4)
750mL Jam Shed Shiraz
50g Light brown Sugar
2 Oranges
1 Thumb Ginger
4 Cloves
2 Cinnamon Sticks
2 Star Anise
Pour wine into a saucepan then pare zest from the orange and thinly slice the ginger. Stir orange zest, ginger, spices and sugar into the wine. Cook over a moderate heat until simmering, about 10 minutes; add more sugar to taste as needed. Remove from the heat, cover and leave to stand for 10-15 minutes then reheat gently before ladling into mugs.
